Sadie Amara Calvano is an actress from America that has gained fame for portraying Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom "Mom'. An California native, Calvano was initially interested in gymnastics competition. Later, she decided to follow a career of acting. In 2010 she first appeared on the screen with an episode of the CBS series "NCIS.' The biographical crime drama film J Edgar was her big screen debut one year later. Over the years she's established herself as one the most promising actors in today's field. In 2011, she won an award nomination in the Young Artist Award, Best Performance of an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress in a Television Series for her part in "NCIS". In 2013, for an appearance in Disney XD's "Kickin' It Comedy Series She was also nominated for a Young Artist Award. Calvano was part of the main cast of the show's the first three seasons. She also made several appearances in the final season. Her performance in the show was recognized with an award called the Gracie Allen Award for Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star in the year 2015.
